From Nkongsamba to the World
A journey of resilience, bridging African heritage, spiritual ethics, and Western operational excellence.
Born in Nkongsamba, in the heart of Cameroon — shaped by ancestral values, an Islamic scholarship, and the raw lessons of adversity.
At twelve, when his mother was forced to leave home, he learned the street before he learned the lecture hall. The philosophy that would become The Frame was first forged at a market stall in Nkongsamba, before it was refined at MIT and the University of Washington. The depth is earned; the practicality was survival.
An educator, mentor, and institution-builder, for more than two decades he has combined leadership formation with on-the-ground organisational transformation — hospitals, factories, universities, and government, across four continents. He founded and directs ECLEE (Lille), Djagora University (Dakar) and Jagora University (Yaoundé), and trained at the highest levels in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt), leadership and cross-cultural management.
At the University of Washington (2000–2004) he was a Visiting Scientist and Program Coordinator at the Polymeric Composites Laboratory: he co-designed the first composites certificate for Boeing technicians and engineers, led Boeing-sponsored research, and coordinated FAA certification trials on the Boeing Business Jet. That double culture — shop floor and lecture hall — runs through all of his teaching.

The Chronology of Impact
Tracing the path from a solitary childhood in Cameroon to shaping educational excellence globally.
The Solitary Classroom of the Street
Forced to navigate the streets at age twelve after his mother left, he learned trade, human relationship, and survival at a market stall. These early market lessons laid the foundations of dignity-based operations.

Academic Expansion
A journey to Europe brought academic rigor. He earned degrees, bridging Cameroon with French academic spaces at SKEMA Business School and Université de Lille, expanding his perspective on intercultural leadership.

Composites Research & Boeing
As a Visiting Scientist and Program Coordinator at the Polymeric Composites Laboratory, he co-designed composites training certificates for Boeing engineers and coordinated FAA certification trials on the Boeing Business Jet.

Lean & Operational Excellence
Joined the University Working Group of MIT's Lean Advancement Initiative (LAI), where he contributed to mapping and implementing operational excellence frameworks for global enterprises, hospitals, and aerospace.
Building Educational Movements
Founded ECLEE (European Center for Leadership & Entrepreneurship Education) in France, Jagora University in Yaoundé, and Djagora University in Dakar. Designed higher education models to bridge African heritage with global standards.

Nelson Mandela Professor Chair
Awarded the Nelson Mandela Professor of Leadership & Education chair and the Global Excellence Award in recognition of his service to international education, capacity building, and human development.
